Kentucky Blood Center receives strong support from business communities all across central and eastern Kentucky. Not only do hundreds of businesses agree to set up mobile blood drives on their properties but many support the Blood Center with generous donations of their time, as well as goods and services.

   If your business is not already a member of our donation family, then contact KBC to arrange for a Donor Recruitment Specialist to visit your business site to discuss holding blood drives on your property, either inside your facility or in a bloodmobile outside or for your employees to come as a group to one of our donor centers.

Donate Rewards and Incentives for Donors

   It takes a lot to keep an operation the size of Kentucky Blood Center running smoothly 365 days a year. Some businesses are able to go the extra mile by offering incentives or rewards, like a free meal, to their employees for performing this life-saving public service. Some businesses sponsor special blood drives and provide door prizes such as event tickets, hotel stays, vacations, coupons for free items, food and other services that the Blood Center couldn't possibly afford itself. Other businesses are in a position to provide paid time off from work so employees can donate blood. For all of this, KBC is eternally grateful.
